प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने संभावित फ्लैट क्रेताओं से धोखाधड़ी के मामले में धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए), 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत 13/02/2024 को बिल्डर ललित टेकचंदानी से जुड़े मुंबई और लोनावाला में 03 स्थानों पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी अभियान के परिणामस्वरूप लगभग 13 करोड़ रुपए के शेयर और म्यूचुअल फंड फ्रीज़ कर लिए गए हैं। इस मामले में अब तक कुल 43 करोड़ रुपए जब्त/फ्रीज़ किए गए हैं। |

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंधन अधिनियम (फेमा), 1999 के प्रावधानों के तहत मैसर्स किंग्स ग्रुप ऑफ कंपनीज और उससे संबंधित व्यक्तियों/इकाइयों से जुड़े हैदराबाद एवं इसके आसपास सात स्थानों पर 13.02.2024 को तलाशी अभियान चलाया। तलाशी के दौरान डिजिटल उपकरण, 76.5 लाख रुपए की बेलेखा नकदी, लगभग 1.5 लाख रुपए की विदेशी मुद्रा और विभिन्न आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज बरामद और जब्त किए गए। |

They have been remanded to ED custody till 20/02/2024 by the Hon’ble Court of the Special Judge ACB(CBI-Cases) Kashmir, Srinagar. |

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने धन शोधन के मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के प्रावधानों के तहत 13/02/2024 को तीन व्यक्तियों, श्रीनगर निवासी मोहम्मद अकबर भट, सुश्री फातिमा शाह और अनंतनाग (जम्मू-कश्मीर) निवासी सब्ज़र अहमद शेख को गिरफ्तार किया है, जिसमें आतंकी वित्तपोषण में शामिल ये आरोपी पाकिस्तानी हैंडलर मंजूर अहमद शाह अल्ताफ अहमद भट आदि के साथ मिले हुए थे, जो जम्मू-कश्मीर के छात्रों के लिए पाकिस्तान के कॉलेजों में एमबीबीएस और अन्य पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश की व्यवस्था करते थे। उन्हें माननीय विशेष न्यायाधीश एसीबी (सीबीआई-मामले) कश्मीर, श्रीनगर न्यायालय द्वारा 20/02/2024 तक ईडी की हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है। |
